Response for Dropdown custom fields not showing in View Contract

Dropdown responses are not visible when viewing contract.

The dropdown response is visible for the client when they view their own completed contract but is not visible by the business that sent the contract.

 

For us at least.

 

I switched to Checkboxes for now but Dropdown is preferred.

Is anyone going to respond to this? What is the point of a "community" if these threads go unaddressed? I have this same issue PLUS....if you're client goes to complete their contract form on their phone (which hello, it's 2025, everyone is doing it on their phone), dropdown menus only work on the phone if they hold their device in landscape mode. Who were the developers on this project? Should be fired. I would be so embarrased to be involved in this project.
