Editing Checkout Page for my Square Website

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: checkout page

 

sell tickets online and I use Square process my orders. When someone buys a ticket they get a checkout screen that tells them when to pick up their orders. All of the tickets sold will be available for pickup the day of the show, not any other time. I can't seem to get the checkout screen to say the right thing, or nothing at all. I have spent hours on the phone with Square support, and they useless. Does anyone know how to customize the checkout page so that I can let the customer know that their tickets will be available at the "will call" window the day of the show? Or how to totally get rid of any checkout messages at all? I am using payment links that go from my event website to Square when a person orders a ticket.

Welcome to the Square Community, @mountainlake! Thank you for reaching out.

 

You should be able to edit your checkout options from your Square Dashboard.

 

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Online.

  2. Click Settings > Checkout or Shared Settings > Checkout.

  3. Configure checkout settings by toggling ON your preferred settings > Save.

Within the Checkout settings there is a section towards the bottom of the page labeled "Store Policies" (see red highlighted sections in screenshot below). From here, you can edit the "Shipping Policy" and enter any information pertaining to your "will call" window for ticket pickup. Any information entered here will be visible during checkout.
